5. Shark Week Guerilla Marketing



I love the idea of creating advertising that people can pick up and look at. Something tangible that they can interact with and be amazed by. This campaign for Shark Week on the Discovery Channel does exactly that, a surfboard with a bite taken out of it instantly sceams SHARK ATTACK! It shoots fear into the heart of the person who finds the board and then leave them in awe when they realise it’s advertising. In my opinion this is a brilliant piece of advertising that is very imaginative.
